Method

Heat oil in a pan. Add jeera and sanuf fry it. Later add onion and fry it for sometime then add palak, carrots and peas. Cover it with a lid and let the vegetables get cooked. Once they are done, open the lid if you see some water left in the pan fry it with the lid off for sometime till oil starts leaving at the sides. Now add salt and the masala and stir it for sometime and your yummy curry is ready to serve. Serve hot with Chapati or Rice.

Note - Quantity of vegetables can increase or decrease as per choice.

Ingredients:

Palak (spinach) - 1 bunch (clean it and chop it fine)
Carrots - 1 cup (chopped in circles)
Peas - 1 cup
Onion (optional) - 1 medium sized (chopped)
Jeera and Saunf (fennel seed) - 1/2 tsp each
Pav bhaji masala or Garam masala - 1 tsp
Oil - 2 tbsp
Salt - as per taste
