Palak Gola Curry

Method
  1. Take maida, add palak paste, jeera, chopped onions, salt to taste.
  2. Mix all this items to smooth dough to prepare small balls.
  3. Take oil in a deep frying pan add garlic paste, onion paste, till oil leaves.
  4. Add chopped tomatoes, salt to taste, fry till smooth paste.
  5. Add garam masala, coriander powder, turmeric powder, coconut paste, kasturimethi, cashew nut powder, chilly powder.
  6. Boil with little water for 15 minutes.
  7. Add fried palak balls close lid keep it for 10 mts with very low flame.
  8. Serve hot with rice, chapati, pulka, naan etc
Ingredients:
1 bundle - palak paste
1 - medium size coconut paste
200 g - maida
200 g - chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup - garlic paste
1/2 cup - chopped onion
2 tbsp - cashew nut powder
coriander leaves
2 pinch - kasturimethi
1 tbsp - garam masala
2 tbsp - coriander powder
1/2 tbsp - turmeric powder
2 tbsp - chilly powder
onion paste
2 tbsp - jeera
30 g - oil
salt
