Method
- Make puree of blanched spinach.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped garlic, 7 green chilli and roast.
- Now add yellow chilli powder, kasoori methi, chopped tomato and cook.
- Add tomato puree, salt, spinach puree and cook.
- Add boiled potato, mushroom and corn kernels.
- Cook for a while and add cream.
- Serve with butter and coriander leaves.
