Method
  1. Make puree of blanched spinach.
  2. Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped garlic, 7 green chilli and roast.
  3. Now add yellow chilli powder, kasoori methi, chopped tomato and cook.
  4. Add tomato puree, salt, spinach puree and cook.
  5. Add boiled potato, mushroom and corn kernels.
  6. Cook for a while and add cream.
  7. Serve with butter and coriander leaves.

200 g - blanched spinach
10 to 12 - boiled mushroom
3 to 4 - chopped tomato
2 to 3 - boiled potato
1 to 2 - red chilli
2 to 3 tbsp - tomato puree
3 tbsp - cream
2 tbsp - oil
1 tbsp - chopped garlic
2 tsp - chopped green chilli
1/2 tsp - yellow chilli powder
1/2 tsp - kasoori methi
3 to 4 tbsp - corn kernels
1 tbsp - butter
coriander leaves for garnish
salt to taste
