Boil palak in cooker or purchase canned palak (alternatively try sag also). If using fresh palak then mash after boiling and drain excess water. Even after mashing separate water out.
Put pan on fire and put cooking oil in it. Now put mashed onion (onion paste) and mashed tomato (tomato puree 150 gms) and keep frying for 10 minutes till the mixture leaves oil.
Now put makka and cut capsicum and fry for 5 minutes by putting salt as per taste and garam masala followed by green chilli.
Lastly put mashed palak or canned sag and keep on low fire for 3 minutes. Dish is ready for serving. Preferably serve with Tandoori Roti or Lachedar Paratha.
