Method
  1. Pressure cook the palak,tomatoes and green chilli for 5 min.
  2. Blend it using a hand blender.
  3. Heat oil in kadai and fry chopped onion till it is soft.
  4. Add ginger and garlic paste.
  5. Add paneer and cook for 2-3 min
  6. Then add salt, haldi, red chilli and cook for another 1 or 2 min.
  7. Add the blended palak and cook for 2-3 min.

200 g - paneer
1 - onion, large
2 - tomatoes, large
1/2 tsp - ginger paste
1/2 tsp - garlic paste
2 - green chili
1/4 tsp - haldi powder
1/2 tsp - red chili power
salt to taste
