Method
- Cut paneer into cubes and grill them in the oven or fry them in oil.
- Keep aside.
- Wash and clean spinach if fresh then puree them in a blender.
- Fry oil in a wok or kadai, add the jeera, then add cut onions, ginger, garlic and green chillies, fry these.
- Add cut tomatoes and saute well add the coriander powder, chillie powder, turmeric powder and mix well.
- Add the puree palak and keep on sauting them till you see oil come out of the mixture.
- Add the paneer pieces, and garam masala.
- Serve this with Rotis or bread.
