Method
  1. Cut paneer into cubes and grill them in the oven or fry them in oil.
  2. Keep aside.
  3. Wash and clean spinach if fresh then puree them in a blender.
  4. Fry oil in a wok or kadai, add the jeera, then add cut onions, ginger, garlic and green chillies, fry these.
  5. Add cut tomatoes and saute well add the coriander powder, chillie powder, turmeric powder and mix well.
  6. Add the puree palak and keep on sauting them till you see oil come out of the mixture.
  7. Add the paneer pieces, and garam masala.
  8. Serve this with Rotis or bread.

1/4 kg - paneer
1 packet - frozen spinach ( palak)
1 bunch - fresh palak
1 - onion
2 - greeen chillies
1/4 piece - ginger
2 pod - garlic
2 tbsp - oil
little turmeric
1 tbsp - coriander powder
1 tsp - red chillie powder
1 tsp - garam masala
pinch - jeera
1 - large tomato
