By : PritiHeat oil in a pan when it is hot add pinch of hing and jeera, mustard seeds when sizzled add chopped onion and fry till nice and translucent, now add spinach and all the spices and keep frying and let it cook, when done add salt and jaggery, stir till jaggery is melted. Off the heat and add all of the cottage cheese and mix nicely. Serve with chapatti or paratha. Enjoy.
30 oz of fresh Spinach {you can use frozen if you like}
1 lb or 8 oz of Cottage Cheese {I use the low fat one}
2 medium Onions sliced
3 tsp of Red Chilli powder
1/2 tsp of Turmeric powder
1/2 tsp of Ginger powder
1 tsp or according to your taste Garam Masala Powder
1/ 2 tsp of Jeera powder
1 tsp of Jeera and Mustard seeds
Salt, Jaggery and Oil
Pinch of Hing
