Boil all the vegetables in Cooker or Steamer.(Except Onion)
Grind all the ingredients Under Gravy section in the Blender using Water.
Allow the vegetables to Cool.
Heat 2 tblspn oil in a Vessel.Add to this Chopped Onions.
When the Onions turn translucent, add all the vegetables and the gravy
Keep stirring so that the gravy mixes well with the Vegetables.
Add required amount of salt.
Allow it to Boil for about 5 minutes (Uncovered).
Enjoy this dish, hot, with Puris.
Cabbage...finely Chopped (Half of a medium cabbage)
Green Beans...Finely Chopped..2 cups
Carrots....Diced in small cubes..2.
Potato....Diced into cubes...1/2.
Peas.....1 cup.
Onion..Finely chopped...1
2 Tblspn Oil
Salt.
For Gravy:
1 Tomato
4 tblspoons Cilantro/ Corinader Leaves
Jeera
Dhaniya Seeds
Black Pepper corns
2 Cloves
1 Elaichi/ Cardomom
1 Inch piece Cinannmom Stick/ Dalchini
1/2 cup Coconut
2 tblspn Dalia/ Fry Chana
2 Green Chillies (can use more if your taste is hotter)
1 inch piece of Ginger.
