Boil spinach in slightly salted water for 5 min while keeping the vessel covered.
Strain boiled spinach and wash in cold water & keep aside.
Take oil in a pan, add black cumin seeds & add onions.
Add ginger garlic paste after onions are transparent & cook for 2 min.
Add tomatoes & cook for 2-3 min.
Add boiled & cooled spinach, salt & white pepper powder and cook for 5-7 min.
Add cream & cook for 2-3 min.
Garnish with grated ginger & green chillies & serve with naan or paranthas.
Cooking time : 1/2 hour

Method :
Grind together ginger, green chilli, sugar & coriander leaves.
Beat the yoghurt & add above paste.
Add boiled bottle gourd, salt, black salt & mix.
Add dried mint powder & serve with masala puri or pulao.
