Method
- Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds.
- Add finely chopped onion, tomato, capsicum one by one and cook on a low flame for 5 mins.
- Add chilli powder and salt mix well.
- Add chopped tofu and mix well.
- A high-protein and exam friendly recipe.

200g - tofu
2 - onions
2 - tomatoes
1 each - capsicum, red and green
Salt to taste
1 tsp - red chilli powder
2 tsp - oil
1 tsp - mustard seeds
