Method
  1. Boil the aloo & mashed it & keep a side.
  2. Heat oil and add red chilly whole.
  3. After crushing add chopped onion slice green chilly saute in light brown colour.
  4. Add ginger garlic paste & salt saute & add mashed potato tossed it well.
  5. Garnished with coriander leaves.
Ingredients:
500 g - potato
4 - red chilly, whole
2 - chopped onion
3 - green chilles, sliced
one bunch - coriander leaves
5 g - ginger garlic paste
2 tbsp - mustard oil
1 tbsp - turmeric powder
salt to taste
