Method
Boil the aloo & mashed it & keep a side.
Heat oil and add red chilly whole.
After crushing add chopped onion slice green chilly saute in light brown colour.
Add ginger garlic paste & salt saute & add mashed potato tossed it well.
Garnished with coriander leaves.

3 - green chilles, sliced
