Method
  1. Half boiled the aloo. After peeling cut into 1/2 pices.
  2. Heat the oil, add cumin seeds & potatoes turn potato in light golden colour.
  3. Add turmeric powder & coriander powder & ginger garlic saute in slow flame.
  4. Add tomatoes & all masala cook till tender.
  5. Don't add water in it.
  6. Garnished with coriander leaves.
  7. Serve with rotis & parathas.
Ingredients:
500 g - raw potato
25 g - tomatoes
10 g - ginger / garlic paste
5 g - cumin seeds
5 g - coriander powder
5 g - turmeric powder
5 g - red chilly powder
5 g - jeera & black pepper powder
1 pinch - garam masala
coriander leaves for garnishing
salt to taste
3 tbsp - oil
