Method
- Wash potatoes and poke then with fork.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and then bake the potatoes for 1/2 hr.
- Remove the potatoes and allow them to cool.
- Take sweet corn capsicum cheddar cheese parmesan cheese salt black pepper ketchup sour cream n mix well.
- Cut the potatoes in 2 halves and scoop the center.
- Stuff the potatoes with the mixture n cover them with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake the potatoes till the cheese melts.
- Serve hot with tea or as starter for meal.

2 - big size potatoes
1/2 cup - sweet corn
1/2 cup - capsicum, finely chopped
2 tsp - cheddar cheese
2 tsp - parmezan cheese
2 tsp - tomato ketchup
mozzarella cheese
black pepper powder
salt to taste
sour cream
