Method
- On a flat plate, arrange and crush the salted potato wafers.
- Sprinkle a layer of the finely chopped onion.
- Sprinkle a layer of the finely chopped tomato.
- Add the green chilly.
- Add chaat masala and salt to taste and toss it a little around the plate.
- Squeeze lemon and garnish with coriander leaves. Enjoy the crispy, crunchy, spicy chips chaat.
Note: This has to be served immediately or else the chips will get soggy and lose its crispiness.
