Method
  1. Heat butter in a pan, add boiled corn, potato, onion and tomatoes and mix well.
  2. Remove from the flame and add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
  3. Serve garnished with corainder leaves and farsan/ gathia, sev or salted bhoondi.
Ingredients:
1 cup - sweet corn (boiled)
1 - potato (boiled)
1 - small onion chopped
1 - small tomato chopped
green chilli chopped
salt to taste
chaat masala to taste
1/2 tsp - lemon juice
butter
jeera powder

For garnish:
corainder leaves
farsan chivda ( gathia, sev, salted bhoondi)
