Method
- Boil the potatoes & peel off.
- Heat oil in the pan.
- Put the garlic paste into it & stir well.
- Add potatoes, green chilly paste, salt & sugar to taste.
- Mix yogurt with coriander leaves paste, then add to the potato.
- Let it cook for 10 minutes.
- Garnish with green chillies & coriander leaves.
- Serve with roti, paratha or rice.
