Method
  1. Boil the potatoes & peel off.
  2. Heat oil in the pan.
  3. Put the garlic paste into it & stir well.
  4. Add potatoes, green chilly paste, salt & sugar to taste.
  5. Mix yogurt with coriander leaves paste, then add to the potato.
  6. Let it cook for 10 minutes.
  7. Garnish with green chillies & coriander leaves.
  8. Serve with roti, paratha or rice.

5 seeds - garlic
1 bunch - coriander leaves
