Method
- Grind onion, chilli, glove, ginger and elaichi.
- Then separately grind tomato, jeera and mustard.
- Pour oil in a frying pan and heat it.
- Add mustard seeds and allow to splutter. Pour into oil; fry until it becomes golden colour.
- Then pour into fry pan.
- Fry for 5 min.
- Add chilli powder and coriander powder. Add garam masala, pour a little water.
- After it becomes a little thick, add cubes of potato, salt and leave it open for 5 mins.
- Then close the lid of the fry pan for 15 min in low flame.
- Now potato tikka is ready.

1/2 tbsp - chilli powder
1/2 tbsp - coriander powder
1/2 tbsp - garam masala
4 tbsp - oil
