Potato Tikka

Method
  1. Grind onion, chilli, glove, ginger and elaichi.
  2. Then separately grind tomato, jeera and mustard.
  3. Pour oil in a frying pan and heat it.
  4. Add mustard seeds and allow to splutter. Pour into oil; fry until it becomes golden colour.
  5. Then pour into fry pan.
  6. Fry for 5 min.
  7. Add chilli powder and coriander powder. Add garam masala, pour a little water.
  8. After it becomes a little thick, add cubes of potato, salt and leave it open for 5 mins.
  9. Then close the lid of the fry pan for 15 min in low flame.
  10. Now potato tikka is ready.

2 - onion
2 - green chillis
2 - glove
2 - elachi
1/2 tbsp - chilli powder
1/2 tbsp - coriander powder
1/2 tbsp - garam masala
4 tbsp - oil
