Method
  1. Grind cooked rice in food processor along with curd.
  2. Grind coarsely. Shift in a bowl.
  3. Add chopped palak and veggies along with sesame and salt, garam masala.
  4. Heat oil in non-stick pan.
  5. Make medium size pakoras.
  6. Take out half cooked.
  7. Fry again after 5 minutes.
  8. Serve with green chutney.
  9. Enjoy during rainy season or any time when your rice are left.
Ingredients:
2 cups - left over rice
1 cup - chopped palak
1 cup - chopped unpeeled potato shimla mirch
1/2 cup - curd
1 tbsp - sesame
garam masala
oil for frying
salt
