Grind cooked rice in food processor along with curd.
Grind coarsely. Shift in a bowl.
Add chopped palak and veggies along with sesame and salt, garam masala.
Heat oil in non-stick pan.
Make medium size pakoras.
Take out half cooked.
Fry again after 5 minutes.
Serve with green chutney.
Enjoy during rainy season or any time when your rice are left.

1 cup - chopped palak
1 cup - chopped unpeeled potato shimla mirch
1/2 cup - curd
1 tbsp - sesame
garam masala
oil for frying
