White pumpkin kesaria murabba

Method
  1. Prick the pumpkin cubes with a fork.
  2. Blanch the pumpkin cubes in water and strain.
  3. Dissolve sugar in water and boil.
  4. Cook until sugar dissolves.
  5. Add the pumpkin cubes.
  6. Add saffron and cardamom powder.
  7. Cook until sugar syrup is thick.
  8. Rest for one day.
  9. Cook once again to absorb the syrup.
  10. Cool and fill in dry jars.
  11. Pumpkin murabba is ready.
Ingredients:
250g - pumpkin cubes
1/2 cup - sugar
3 cups - water
few strands of saffron
1/2tsp - cardamom powder
