Method
  1. Heat ghee on pan add grated beet on pan stir beet till it become soft.
  2. Add boil milk in beet mixture then cook it till it become thick.
  3. Add sugar, ilachi powder, cashew pieces, cook till mixture become thick decorate with cashew.
  4. This recipe also make without sugar because beet root is sweet it was healthy and tasty.
Ingredients:
grated beet root - 1 cup
ghee - 1 tbsp
milk - 1 litre
sugar - 1/2 cup
cashew pieces for decorating
