Method
- Heat ghee on pan add grated beet on pan stir beet till it become soft.
- Add boil milk in beet mixture then cook it till it become thick.
- Add sugar, ilachi powder, cashew pieces, cook till mixture become thick decorate with cashew.
- This recipe also make without sugar because beet root is sweet it was healthy and tasty.
Ingredients:
grated beet root - 1 cup
ghee - 1 tbsp
milk - 1 litre
sugar - 1/2 cup
cashew pieces for decorating
