Capsicum Garlic Kuzhampu

Method
  1. Soak the tamarind take thick bulp add a cup of water keep it aside.
  2. Heat a kadai add gingely oil.
  3. Put all the garnishing things add sliced capsicum and garlic for 5 mins.
  4. Add tamrind water Boil it for 15 mins.
  5. Add hing powder. Eat it with rice and papad.
Ingredients:
capsicum -1
garlic pods-8
tamarind thick juice 1 cup
water 1 cup
salt- to taste
sambar powder- 2 spoon
gingelly oil 1 table spoon
mustard seeds 1 spoon
channa dal 1 tsp spoon
methi seed 1 tsp
curry leaves
red chilli dry 2nos
