Cream Of Tomato Soup

Method
  1. Cook red tomatoes, garlic, onions, carrots, and oil in the vegetable stock.
  2. Blend and strain.
  3. Season with salt and a little honey.
  4. Cut the yellow cherry tomatoes into cubes and add to the soup.
  5. Garnish with short braised broccolini, basil croutons.
Ingredients:
1 litre - vegetable stock
800g - red tomato
100g - carrots
80g - red onions
10g - garlic
2 ml - olive oil
10g - basil
300g - whole spelt bread, diced into medium sized croutons
200g - broccoloni
5 ml - honey
100g - yellow cherry tomatoes
