Creamy Tomato Cutlet

Method
  1. Peel the tomato with the help of knife.
  2. Cut the upper part of tomato and make a small hole.
  3. Take capsicum, onion, grated cheese, cream, salt and mix well.
  4. Fill the tomato with this mixture.
  5. Mash the potato and cover the tomato.
  6. Take maida, cornflour, water and make a thick paste.
  7. Dip the tomato in paste. Roll in bread crumbs.
  8. Fry tomato in oil till golden brown.
  9. Serve with tomato chilly sauce.
Ingredients:
4 - medium size tomato
1/4 cup - choped capsicum
1/4 cup -choped onion
1/2 cup - cheese
1 tbsp - cream
1 - boiled potato
1/2 cup - maida
1/2 cup - cornflour
1 cup - bread crumb
1/2 litre - oil for frying
1 cup - water
salt to taste
