Method
- Fry the paneer cubes till golden brown. Remove and drop them in a bowl of water.
- This way the excess oil floats to the top and the paneer also gets soft.
- Remove and set aside.
- In a skillet add 1/2 tsp oil and add the ground paste to it.
- Once the raw smell is replaced by aroma add the onions and saute for 3-5 min till they get soft.
- Add the tomatoes and stir until soft.
- Then add the puree, peas,cream, honey and the spices and stir for another 5 min.
- You can add water if you prefer gravy consistancy.
- I like mine little dry.
- When it starts boiling, add the Paneer and cook for another 5-10min.
- Serve warm garnished with cilantro. They go well with roti`s and rice.

Ingredients: about 2 cups - paneer, cubed
1 cup - boiled peas
1/2 cup - tomato puree
1/2 cup - cream
2 to 3 - ripe tomatoes, chopped
1 - large onion, finely chopped
1 tsp - garam masala
1 tsp - turmeric
few sprigs of cilantro for garnish
salt to taste
1 tbsp - honey
To be Ground into Paste
2 to 3 - cloves
1 inch - gingerroot, peeled and chopped
2 to 3 - green chillies ( or as per taste)
1 tbsp - cashews
1 tbsp - poppy seeds
1 tsp - cumin
