Method
- Cut the tomatoes in square shape.
- Do not reseed the tomatoes.
- Slit the green chillies.
- Heat oil in pan. Fry the tomatoes.
- After about 15 minutes add the green chillies. Add salt to taste.
- Let it cook till the water dries up and oil comes to the side.
- Add mustard paste and mix well.
- Serve with paratha, rice etc.

1 1/2 kg - tomato
300 g - green chilli
100 g - yellow mustard (paste)
1/2 litre - mustard oil
salt to taste
