Method
  1. Take a plate, cut the pieces of paneer and mix a pinch of salt and lemon in it.
  2. Then take a pan and add oil, add ginger-chilli paste in it.
  3. After 2 sec add tomato puree.
  4. Take a bowl, mix coriander powder, fried jeera, red chilli powder and salt to taste.
  5. Then leave this mixture in a pan.
  6. Add tomato sauce in it.
  7. After cooking for 5-6 min, add the pieces of paneer
  8. Serve after garnishing with cilantro and cream.
Ingredients:
200 g - paneer
200 g - tomato puree
1 tbsp - ginger-chilli paste
2 tbsp - oil
salt,red chilli powder,pepper-acc to taste
fried jeera
garam masala
dry coriander powder
1 tbsp - tomato sauce
1 tbsp - cream
cilantro (coriander for garnishing)
