Remove the lids from the tomatoes by slicing horizontally from the top, scoop out seeds and pulp with the help of a spoon or sharp knife and keep upside down. Discard pulp.
Mix together all the ingredients for the filling and stuff the tomatoes.
Replace the lids and chill thoroughly before serving on a bed of lettuce or grated cabbage.

200 gms. paneer (mashed)
2 level tbsp. mayonnaise
50 gms. raisins
1 spring onion (chopped)
2 tbsp. walnuts (chopped)
salt and pepper (freshly ground)
4 large tomatoes to stuff
