Take a pan add oil and when it heats up add in the paneer pieces and fry until slightly golden brown in colour. Drain the paneer pieces on a paper towel.
To the same oil add in the garam masala, onions, green chillies and fry until slightly golden brown in colour.
Add in the ginger garlic paste, fry for a min and then add in the tomatoes and peas. (in case you are using frozen peas add in after the tomatoes are cooked). Now add in the salt, chilli powder, turmeric and mix well. Cover the pan and cook until the tomatoes are done.
Meanwhile beat up the curd slightly with a fork and then add in the coconut and khus khus powder and half 'n ' half (in case you are using ). Mix well the whole thing and add this paste to the cooked tomatoes and keep cooking until the gravy is slightly thick and oil comes to the side. Then add in the fried paneer pieces and cook for 2-3 min.
Garnish it with chopped cilantro and serve hot either with Chapathis, Puris, Fried Rice or even with Plain Rice.
