Method
  1. Clean the tomatoes with water and cut into small pieces.
  2. Take a pan (steel/non-stick) which has a thick base and add oil to it.
  3. Add rai,udad dal,chana dal,hing powder.
  4. Add cut tomatoes and red chillipowder and salt.
  5. Let it boil till it becomes thick and leaves the sides of the container.
Note :
oil should be more so that it can be preserved.
Ingredients:
tomatoes - 6 big size
redchilli powder - 6 spoons
mustard- 1 spoon
udad dal - 1 spoon
chana dal - 1 spoon
salt - to taste
hing powder 1/2 teaspoon
