Method- Beat baking powder, oil and salt nicely.
- Now sift maida, wheat flour and sugar together and add it little by little to the oil mixture and mix well.
- Once the batter blends well make desired shapes out of it.
- Finally greese microwave proof plate and keep the biscuits over it and bake it in convection mode 180 degree celsius for 8 min.
- Finally remove it from the microwave and allow it to cool for and while.
- Wheat biscuits are ready to eat.
