Wheat biscuits

Method
  1. Beat baking powder, oil and salt nicely.
  2. Now sift maida, wheat flour and sugar together and add it little by little to the oil mixture and mix well.
  3. Once the batter blends well make desired shapes out of it.
  4. Finally greese microwave proof plate and keep the biscuits over it and bake it in convection mode 180 degree celsius for 8 min.
  5. Finally remove it from the microwave and allow it to cool for and while.
  6. Wheat biscuits are ready to eat.

Note: Fibrous wheat is great for health. So attract your family with your creative shapes and enjoy eating.
