Method
- Heat water, soak badam in it for some time.
- Peel and prepare a paste.
- Prepare sugar syrup of single thread consistency.
- Mix gulkand with sugar syrup.
- Add 250 gm of badam paste to above paste till it becomes a thick mixture.
- Rub ghee in a serving tray, pour out a thin layer of badam gulkand paste.
- Allow to cool and cut into pieces.
- Garnish with silver vark.

1 kg badam/almond
1/2 kg gulkand
800gm sugar
500ml water
Silver vark to garnish
