Method
  1. Combine 1/2 cup boondi with the chaat masala, yoghurt & sugar.
  2. Just before serving, top with the remaining boondi, garnish with coriander & a sprinkle of chaat masala.
Ingredients:
2 cups chilled yoghurt, beaten
3/4th cup boondi (fried chickpea-flour balls)
Sugar to taste
1 tsp chaat masala
chopped coriander leaves to garnish (optional)
