Coconut Banana Ice Pops
  1. Place the yoghurt, bananas, milk, coconut milk and honey in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth. Taste to see if it is sweet enough, remember that you want it to be a little sweeter than you like it because when it is cold it will taste less sweet.
  3. Stir in the dessicated coconut, then re-cover the blender and pulse briefly to combine.
  4. Pour into ice pop moulds (or empty yoghurt cartons) and freeze at least 5 hours, overnight is best.
  5. For easy unmoulding, run the frozen moulds under warm water for 10 to 15 seconds before removing the ice pops.
Yoghurt - 1 cup
Ripe bananas - 2
Milk - 1/2 cup
Coconut milk - 1/2 cup
Honey or to taste - 3 tbsp
Dessicated coconut - 60 gms
