Method
  1. Fry the sago in a little ghee till it is golden coloured.
  2. Heat 1 tbsp. ghee and put in mustard, ginger and chillies.
  3. When the seeds stop popping then remove from fire.
  4. Mix together sago, curds, salt, ginger mixture and coriander leaves and set aside for about 1 hour them steam.
Ingredients:
250 g - sago
1 cup - curd
1/2 tsp - mustard seeds
4 - green chillies, minced
1/2” piece - minced ginger
handful of sliced coriander leaves
salt according to taste
