Vermicelli daddojanam

Method
  1. Dry roast vermicelli and cook in 2 cups of water.
  2. Drain and keep aside.
  3. Add curd and salt, haldi.
  4. For tadka take 2 tbsp of oil in a pan, put urad dal, red chillies, channa dal, mustard seeds, methi seeds, hing, curry leaves, pepper corns, and fry for a little while.
  5. Add green chillies, ginger and fry.
  6. Add tadka to curds and vermicelli mixture.
  7. Mix well and add coriander leaves for garnishing.
  8. This daddojanam is good for prasadam as well for fasting.
Ingredients:
100g - vermicelli
3 - green chillies
Ginger, an inch
2 cups - curd
Curry leaves
Coriander leaves, salt
2 tsp - Bengal gram (pachi senaga pappu, chana dal)
2 tsp - Black gram (minapa pappu, urad dal)
Pepper
Hing
1 tsp - mustard seeds
1 tsp - methi seeds
Oil for tadka
