Method- Remove corn kernels from corn or use frozen corn.
- Steam/pressure cook it.
- When cool, blend it in a blender till smooth.
- Mix corn starch with milk to a smooth paste.
- Heat a little olive oil (about 1/2 tsp) and saute onion, garlic, green chilli and ginger slightly.
- Add the vegetable and saute for a few seconds. Add corn puree.
- Now mix the corn starch paste. Stir and cook.
- Add salt and pepper to taste before serving.
- Garnish with chopped spring onion greens.
- Serve hot.
Note: if this becomes thick, dilute with enough milk or water. Or if it is watery, adjust by adding a little more corn starch mixed in water and cook.

1 tbsp - onion (finely chopped)
1 tsp - ginger, grated
1 tsp - garlic, grated
1 - Green chilli, finely chopped
1/4 cup - vegetables like carrot, celery, bean, broccoli, chopped and steamed
2 cups - vegetable broth
1 tsp - corn starch
1/4 cup - milk, approximately
1 tsp - spring onion/scallion, chopped
