Vegetable Fried Rice

Method
  1. In a pan add oil.
  2. Once oil is hot, add chopped garlic, onions, red bell pepper, green capsicum, beans, carrot, spring onion, corn, cabbage (cook until vegetables are slightly tender).
  3. Mix well and toss for two minutes.
  4. Now add soya sauce, green chilli sauce, salt, lime juice, pepper powder and rice.
  5. Mix well and serve.
Ingredients:
1&1/2 cup - cooked basmati rice
1/4 cup - sliced red bell pepper
1/4 cup - sliced green capsicum
1/4 cup - sliced cabbage
4 tbsp - sliced red onion
4 tbsp - sliced carrot
1/2 cup - finely chopped spring onions
1/2 cup - finely chopped beans
3 tbsp - corn
1 clove - chopped garlic
1&1/2 tbsp - soya sauce
1 tsp - green chilli sauce (depends on spice)
1 tbsp - lime juice
Salt to taste
1&1/2 tbsp - olive oil
1/4 tsp - pepper powder
