Editor`s notes: Pasta is a type of noodle and is a staple food[1] of traditional Italian cuisine where both dried and fresh pastas are classically used in dishes where they are served with a sauce, as a soup or incorporated in a baked dish. In Indian, pasta is usually cooked with a variety of ingredients to suit our palate which sees the addition of ginger, garlic, and our own garam masala. For a variety of pasta recipes, click here.
