Remove the skin and grind along with cardamom and sugar.
Then add milk into the mixer, and blend along with the other ingredients.
Add one or two cups of water according to consistency desired.
Garnish with saffron strands. Serve chilled.
Variations: You may add a cup of your favourite flavoured/unflavoured yogurt while blending in the mixer for an almond-yogurt shake.
Or you may add half a banana or any of your favourite fruit while blending in a mixer. Skip the saffron then.
