  1. Put the curds in a thin cloth, tie and hang for 3 hours to allow the water to drain out.
  2. Take out the curds and add the cream, chillies, onions, capsicum and salt.
  3. Chill in the freezer compartment of a refrigerator.

How to serve :

  1. Take out into the centre of a round dish.
  2. Decorate with sprigs of parsley and chopped capsicum.
  3. Surround with capsicum, cucumber and carrot slices.
  4. Make an outer ring of salted biscuits and serve.
4 teacups fresh curds
2 tbsp fresh cream
2 tsp finely chopped onions
2 tsp finely chopped capsicum
1/2 tsp finely chopped green chillies
Salt to taste

For garnishing:
Sprigs of parsley
Chopped capsicum

To serve:
Carrot slices
Cucumber slices
Capsicum slices
Salted biscuits
