Eggless Banana Walnut Muffin

  1. Beat butter and sugar powder in equal quantity (1 cup each).
  2. Beat nicely; it will take some time.
  3. Add same quantity maida as butter and sugar powder (1 cup) and a little water while blending with butter sugar mixture.
  4. Mix/beat properly without any lumps to a cake consistency.
  5. Mash banana in a separate bowl (take a fully ripened green banana)
  6. Mix it with the other batter.
  7. Add 2 drops of vanilla essence.
  8. Add walnuts and cashewnuts, mix again.
  9. Finally, add 1 pack full of fruit salt and mix.
  10. Drop in a paper cup to cover half or less than half of it; keep in microwave full power for 1 to 1&1/2 minutes.

1 big - banana
Broken walnuts and cashewnuts, a handful
1 cup - maida

1 cup - butter
1 small pack - fruit salt
