Low-fat Tomato Soup

Method
  1. Boil tomatoes in pressure cooker.
  2. After cooking for a while make fine puree.
  3. Heat butter in a pan
  4. Add finely chopped garlic and onion paste.
  5. Later add corn flour to it.
  6. Stir for 2 to 3 min.
  7. Add milk and stir well and allow it to cook for 5 min.
  8. Add salt and pepper.
  9. Add tomato puree in the pan and allow it to boil.
  10. Add water if required for liquid consistency.
  11. Later add basil leaves before serving.
  12. Serve hot.
Ingredients:
4 to 5 - tomatoes
1/2 cup - milk
1 - medium onion
2 to 3 - garlic pods
1 tbsp - butter
1 tbsp - corn powder
pepper
salt
basil or coriander
