Chilli Cheese Crispies

Method
  1. Cut mini buns in half (horizontally).
  2. Mix all ingredients except cheese slices.
  3. Apply mixture on buns.
  4. Cut stripes of cheese slices & arrange them as shown in image.
  5. Bake in preheated oven at 180 deg C for 10 minutes.
  6. Serve hot.
Ingredients:
6 mini wheat buns
2 tbsp tomatoes
2 tbsp capsicum
2 tbsp cabbage
1/2 tsp finely chopped green chillies
2 tbsp Cheese spread (any flavor)
1 tsp butter
2 tbsp grated cheese
2 Cheese slices
1/2 tsp mixed herbs
Salt & pepper to taste
