Method
- Heat oil in a pan, add garlic and green chilly.
- Then add onion, shimla mirch and carrot and cook till it is tender.
- Add potato and macaroni.
- Add masala and salt.
- In the end, add soya sauce, mix thoroughly.

2 cups - macaroni, boiled
1 - shimla mirch, chopped in thin strips
1/2 kg - potatoes, boiled
2 - carrots, finely chopped
2 tsp - soya sauce
125g - spring onion
2 - green chillies gound to a paste
2 tsp - garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp - garam masala
Salt to taste
