Chinese Style Zuchinni

Method

  1. Slice the zuchinni whatever way you prefer.

  2. In the oil, put the ginger and stir not to let in burn.

  3. Then add the zuchinni, the soya sauce and sugar.

  4. Stir fry till the zuchinni turns a bit brown and is firm yet tender. Don't add any water to cook. (You may add baby carrots and babycorn and let it cook along with the zuchinni, if you wish to make the dish more colorful). Enjoy!

Ingredients:
4 medium zuchinni (dhoodhi)
1/4 tsp ginger paste
2 tsp sugar
1 to 2 tbsp soya sauce (do not add salt)
2 tbsp Oil to fry
