Cut four tomatoes and grind it with garlic in the mixer.
Roast cumin and coriander seed and grind to fresh powder.
In a heavy bottom pan heat oil and fry the paneer cubes till lightly brown. Keep the paneer aside and in the same oil put the tomatoes and garlic mixture .
When it boils put the paneer and let it be cooked till done.
Before taking out of the oven sprinkle the dry masala. Garnish it with green coriander and serve it with hot chapatis.
Paneer : 250 gm
Tomatoes : 4 large
Garlic : 4 pieces
Cumin seed : 2tbsp
Coriander seed: 1tsp
Oil : 3 tbsp
Coriander leaves for garnishing
salt to taste
