Cook pasta as per box directions.
In the meantime, heat oil, add cumin and mustard seeds.
Add the onion, garlic, ginger and saute till onion is cooked.
Add the other vegetables, except tomatoes. Stir till they are cooked.
Add the tomatoes and all the spices and mix well.
Add pasta, chick peas and salt and mix well.
Add the lemon juice after removing pan from the fire.
Serve hot sprinkled with the coriander leaves.
(This dish tastes similar to pulao)
