Chocolate cream pudding with marie biscuit

Method
  1. Boil milk in a pan, add sugar.
  2. Now add custard powder paste (already make in a little milk).
  3. When milk becomes thick turn off flame and allow to cool.
  4. Add cocoa powder to the custard.
  5. Mix well and make a smooth paste.
  6. Add 2 spoons of sugar and the essence to the cream and whisk slowly.
  7. The pudding is now ready to set.
  8. Take a serving dish.
  9. First arrange Marie biscuit on it.
  10. Pour out the custard over the biscuit.
  11. Now arrange another layer of biscuits and pour another layer of custard.
  12. Pour the layer of fresh cream over this and refrigerate.
  13. When cream has set, decorate with liquid chocolate.
  14. Put it back in the fridge and serve chilled.
Ingredients:
1 litre - milk
6 tbsp - custard powder
1-1/2 cups - sugar
200g - fresh cream
1/2 tsp - vanilla essence
12-14 pieces - Marie biscuit
4 tbsp - cocoa powder
Liquid chocolate for decoration
