Red Bell Pepper and Sun-dried Tomato Dip

Method
  1. Coarsely grind (not to a complete paste) the bell peppers & garlic.
  2. Mix this into the rest of the ingredients & lightly fold in the tomato pieces & dust with the herbs of your choice.
  3. Refrigerate before serving.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup - finely chopped red bell pepper
1/4 cup - chopped sun-dried tomatoes
2 tbsp - cream cheese or sour-cream
1/4 cup - yoghurt/curd
a pinch - pepper
1 - garlic clove
optional pinch of oregano (or herb of choice)
