Mango coconut ice cream

Method
  1. Add mango puree, milk, 70 gm coconut milk, sugar in a blender and mix well till sugar dissovles.
  2. Pour it into a bowl, cover it with a lid and freeze for 2-3 hours.
  3. Take out the bowl, add cream into the frozen dessert.
  4. And put into a blender.
  5. Freeze again.

Serving options:
a) Take a small slice of cake, pour 2 tablespoon of sweetened coconut milk on it, place a scoop of icecream over it. Then drizzle some dry coconut powder on it and pour some mango puree on the scoop.
b) Serve this ice cream with sliced mangoes.

Ingredients:
1/2 kg milk
4-5 alphonso mango puree
100 gm coconut milk
20 gm coconut dry powdered
Sugar as per taste as mangoes are also sweet
1 cup cream
